I guide women to inhabit life more fully through Voice Liberation, embodiment, conscious sexuality, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). My signature programme, Deep Dive – Into Your Feminine Life-Current, invites women to cultivate honesty, presence, and authentic expression; to embody their desires, honour their nos, trust their yeses, and dare to show themselves fully and unapologetically.I am a trainer in NVC and voice liberation, I am teaching groups since 2018, I work 1-1 and with couples.
