TG Spaces B.V. (KvK: [KvK Number]) operates flexible studio rental spaces at Zeeburgerpad 22, Amsterdam-East. Our studios are available for dance classes, workshops, rehearsals, fitness sessions, and similar activities.

A booking is an offer to rent a studio for a specified time slot. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation email from TG Spaces. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By booking you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of any group using the studio.

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include Dutch VAT (BTW) at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. Unpaid bookings may be automatically cancelled.

TG Spaces reserves the right to update pricing. Confirmed bookings will never be retroactively repriced.

The following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to verhuur@tegusta.nl. The cancellation time is the timestamp of our receipt of your email.

Under Dutch consumer law (Burgerlijk Wetboek art. 6:230o), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance. However, for bookings of specific time slots, this right lapses once the booked date has passed.

If you book more than 14 days in advance, you may cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, provided the booking date has not yet occurred and you have not yet used the space.

All renters and their guests must comply with the following rules. Violations may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• 🔇Respect quiet hours: no loud music outside studio walls after 22:00.
• 🧹Leave the studio clean and tidy. You are responsible for removing all waste and personal belongings.
• 🚭Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and within 5 metres of the entrance.
• 🍾Alcohol is only permitted with prior written consent from TG Spaces.
• 👟Studio-appropriate footwear must be worn. Outdoor shoes must be removed before entering the dance floor.
• 🔑Do not share access codes or keys with third parties. Keys must be returned immediately after use.
• 🏃Maximum capacity must not be exceeded. The limit per studio is displayed in the space and in your booking confirmation.
• 🛡️You are responsible for the safety and conduct of all guests in your session.

The renter is fully liable for any damage to the studio, its equipment, or the building caused by the renter or their guests during the booked session. TG Spaces will invoice the renter for repair or replacement costs.

TG Spaces is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the studio, or for personal injury occurring during a session, except where caused by our own gross negligence.

We recommend that renters running classes or events obtain appropriate public liability insurance.

All content on the TG Spaces website — including text, images, and brand assets — is owned by TG Spaces B.V. and may not be reproduced without written consent.

TG Spaces reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. building emergency, force majeure). In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
