Studio Rental in Amsterdam

You can rent our studios for dance classes, yoga sessions, fitness training, workshops, rehearsals, theatre productions, corporate events, photo and video shoots, and other creative or professional activities. We welcome both recurring instructors and one-off bookings.

All studios include a sound system with Bluetooth and aux connectivity, professional lighting, changing rooms, and access to the communal areas. Studio L and Studio M also include full mirror walls. The Reception & Lounge can optionally include an in-house host.

The maatschappelijk (community/social) rate applies to independent teachers, non-profits, community initiatives, and other activities with a social or educational character — typically €20–30 per hour. The commercieel (commercial) rate applies to businesses, commercial events, and corporate use — typically €40–60 per hour. We assess each request individually.

Both are welcome! You can book a single session for a one-time event, workshop, or trial. We also offer attractive discounts for recurring weekly or long-term bookings. Many of our renters start with a one-off session and transition to a regular slot.

The minimum rental period is one hour. For events and larger productions we recommend booking at least two to three hours to allow for setup and breakdown time.

Our studios are available seven days a week from 08:00 to 22:00. Availability may vary depending on our own academy's schedule. We recommend checking with us directly for your preferred time slot.

Yes! If your event or production requires more than one studio, you can rent multiple spaces simultaneously. Pricing for combined bookings is calculated per space. Contact us to discuss a package arrangement.

Absolutely — we encourage it! You're welcome to come by for a look at the studios before committing to a booking. Just send us a message to arrange a suitable time and we'll show you around.

You can request a booking directly through this website by clicking 'Book a Studio'. Fill in your preferred date, time, and contact details, and we'll follow up to confirm availability and finalise the agreement within one business day.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your session are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are billed at 50% of the agreed rental rate. In case of a no-show, the full rate applies. If we ever need to cancel on our end, you will receive a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled slot.

We will send you a payment link via email once your booking is confirmed. Payment is due within 7 days of confirmation, or before the session date — whichever comes first. We accept bank transfer and most major payment methods. For recurring bookings, we can arrange monthly invoicing.

We are located at Zeeburgerpad 22 in Amsterdam-East, near the Zeeburgereiland neighbourhood. By public transport, take tram 26 or bus 37 to Zeeburgerpad. By bike, we're easily reachable via the Zeeburgerdijk. Parking is available on the street nearby.

Free street parking is available on and around Zeeburgerpad. The area is generally quiet and spaces are usually available, though availability can vary during busy periods. There is no private car park on-site. We encourage arriving by bike or public transport where possible — Amsterdam loves it.

The building has step-free entrance and lift access to all studio floors. The toilets are wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements or need to discuss arrangements in advance — such as assistance, reserved space, or adapted setup — please mention this in your booking request or contact us directly at verhuur@tegusta.nl and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
