<p>I guide women to inhabit life more fully through Voice Liberation, embodiment, conscious sexuality, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). My signature programme, <strong>Deep Dive – Into Your Feminine Life-Current</strong>, invites women to cultivate honesty, presence, and authentic expression; to embody their desires, honour their nos, trust their yeses, and dare to show themselves fully and unapologetically.<br><br>I am a trainer in NVC and voice liberation, I am teaching groups since 2018, I work 1-1 and with couples. </p>

By dancing regularly, we aim to build a vibrant community that shares joy, culture, and meaningful connections.&nbsp;</p><p>Our mission is to empower individuals through the art of dancing and teaching salsa. We strive to bring people together on the dance floor, create a space for personal and social growth, and inspire authentic communication through dance in today’s fast-paced society.</p>
