Cookie Policy

Last updated: 11 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how TG Spaces uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, and the choices you have. It complements our Privacy Policy and reflects the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet) and the GDPR. 1. What are cookies? Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences over time. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work in comparable ways. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy. 2. The cookies we use Essential cookies (always on) These are required for the site to function: keeping you signed in, securing the booking flow, and remembering your cookie-consent choice. They do not require consent under Dutch law because the site cannot work without them. We store your consent preference for up to one year so we don't have to ask on every visit, and we will ask again sooner if we make a material change to this policy. Analytics cookies (optional — consent required) With your consent, we use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site is used, so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and is not used to build advertising profiles, and we do not share it with advertisers. Analytics are only loaded after you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner — if you choose "Essential only", no analytics cookies are placed. 3. We do not use advertising cookies TG Spaces does not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or selling your data to third parties. 4. Managing your choices When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies or choose essential only. Both options are offered equally — declining optional cookies is exactly as easy as accepting them, and choosing "essential only" never limits your access to the site. You can change your choice at any time by selecting "Cookie settings" in the website footer, which re-opens the banner. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings, though essential cookies are needed for the site to work correctly. 5. Third parties Optional analytics are provided by Vercel Inc., our hosting provider. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms. We only enable this processing after you have given consent. 6. Retention Your consent preference is retained for up to 12 months, after which we will ask again. We will also ask again sooner if we materially update this policy, so your choice always reflects the current terms. Analytics data is retained in aggregate by our analytics provider in line with their retention policy. 7. Questions and complaints For questions about this policy, contact us at office@tg-spaces.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) — autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data.
