TG Spaces is open: from renovations and successful launch to daily operation and finetuningThe first phase of TG Spaces is complete and the next one has begun.Our Open Day was a great success, with 250+ people visiting our opening. Throughout the day, guests explored the workshops in the studios, met the team and experienced how TG Spaces can be used for education, training, meetings, creative activities and community gatherings.The strong turnout confirmed that there is real interest in flexible, professionally supported spaces in Amsterdam.First bookings and partnershipsSince the launch, we have been testing the TG Spaces platform in practice and working closely with our first renters and organisers.The first partnerships have now been established, helping us learn how different users want to book and use the spaces. These early collaborations include both one-time activities and recurring programmes.Their feedback is helping us improve:the booking experience;organiser communication;studio setup and facilities;practical support before and during activities;the way activities are presented on the platform.The platform is designed not only to make spaces available, but also to help organisers offer their activities and make it easier for people to discover inspiring things to do.Building the TG Spaces brandWith the venue and platform now operational, we are also establishing the marketing, branding and communication needed to run TG Spaces on a daily basis.This includes developing:a clear identity and positioning;our website and LinkedIn presence;communication for organisers and renters;rental listings and partnerships;content that shows the different ways the spaces can be used;reliable processes for enquiries, bookings and follow-up.Our aim is to make TG Spaces easy to understand, easy to book and welcoming for a wide range of professional, educational, creative and community uses.The next phaseTG Spaces grew from the experience of Salsa te Gusta and TG Academy. We are now using that experience to build a broader platform for organisers, educators, trainers, companies and communities.The Open Day marked the beginning.
